A career as a Design Leader for Employee Experience Innovation in the National Bank's Employee Experience Connectors team means taking a strategic approach to drive user-centered leadership and define innovative design solutions. This role has a significant impact on the employee experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging critical thinking, analytical skills, knowledge, and experience to design and deliver impactful solutions that improve the employee experience.
  • Leading the design practice (tools, methodology) for the Employee Experience (EX) and Customer Experience (CX) teams within initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including POs, PMs, practice leads, Employee Analytics, experts, intervention teams, EX-CX designers, IT, and other stakeholders to achieve initiative prioritization or required support.
  • Determining the level of contribution needed (in terms of capacity and methodology), identifying conditions for success in its implementation, and managing the team's backlog effectively.
  • Influencing stakeholders by being the voice of the employee experience and applying, delivering, and measuring the EX approach within initiatives and business projects.

Your Team:

You will be part of the Employee Experience Center sector, reporting to the Senior Director, Employee Experience Center - Lead EX Employee Experience Evolution Plan. Our team stands out for our ability to influence the entire organization to prioritize people-centric operations and decisions.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a field related to human resources, design, marketing, IT, psychology, or any relevant work experience for this role, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Relevant experience in experience design and initiatives that have placed user-centricity at their core, with a strong focus on analytical skills and comfort in analyzing various measures and data sources.
  • Solution-oriented with a passion for transforming concepts and ideas into concrete solutions, possessing proficiency in both French and English, and the ability to lead workshops with employees in their preferred working language.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
