Role Description

The Employee Training and Development Lead will play a key role in enhancing the competencies of employees by designing and delivering training programs that align with our company's core values.

About the Role

This role involves working closely with PCG teams and RJL Divisions to identify target audience's training requirements and needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, creating learning materials, and managing all phases of branch training.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design theory and learning principles, as well as a proven ability to master the full training cycle. They will also have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and be able to apply them effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and scope
  • Experience in the financial services or brokerage industry
  • Fully proficient in French (written and oral)
