As a Senior Manager Employee Voice, you will lead a team of experts who are tasked with collecting and analyzing data related to employee engagement, satisfaction, well-being, and development. Your key responsibilities include designing and implementing employee voice strategies, collaborating with business sectors and centers of expertise, and working with external vendors to execute research initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD degree in occupational psychology, psychometrics, statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a position related to applied research in organizational behavior

  • Mastery of quantitative and qualitative methods for collecting and analyzing behavioral and perceptual data
