As a Senior Manager Employee Voice, you will lead a team of experts who are tasked with collecting and analyzing data related to employee engagement, satisfaction, well-being, and development. Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD degree in occupational psychology, psychometrics, statistics, or a related field
