**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Lead to join our team in Western Canada. As a Key Account Lead, you will be responsible for developing value propositions for customers, offering integrated solutions based on business opportunities, customer needs, and market context to achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute account plans to maximize sales and revenue growth in Western Canada
* Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts/decision-makers within customer organizations
* Work closely with key account managers and the marketing function to develop an in-depth understanding of the sectors, growth, trends, customers, and competitive positioning
* Provide information and insights to support business decisions

**Requirements**

* 5-8 years of experience in a similar position with a thorough understanding of the dynamics of the market in which Cascades Tissue Group operates
* Strong communication, negotiation, customer contact, and judgment skills
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams to work collaboratively and effectively in a matrix environment
* Ability to think strategically and correlate data with customer and Cascades context
