We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at E-Lead. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including preparation of tax returns and other tax-related documents.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate and relocation costs covered by employer.
