About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Account Growth to lead our North American team and drive revenue growth, customer success, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the Account Management team in North America
  • Drive Net New MRR (monthly recurring revenue) targets, retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance the team's skills and operational efficiency
  • Support Sales operating performance across North America
  • Own Account Management operating performance across North America, including retention and expansion
  • Collaborate with corporate headquarters development, operations, and product management teams to convey evolving customer requirements
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Manager in Sales or Account Management
  • A proactive and results-oriented leader who consistently meets or exceeds targets
  • Strong coaching and talent development skills, with a focus on fostering a high-performance culture
  • Analytical, data-driven approach to refining strategies based on sales metrics
  • Excellent business writing and communication skills
  • Commercial acumen and experience forecasting revenue growth
  • Demonstrated experience working towards targets/quotas and managing multiple projects
  • Experience within a high-growth or change environment and SaaS-based businesses
