Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Robert J Scott MD CCFP Medical Corporation. As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Office Operations: Manage the flow of information, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless communication between staff and patients.
- Provide Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, preparing medical reports, and maintaining confidential patient files.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff members on procedures and software usage.
- Manage Office Supplies and Inventory: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
- Develop and Implement Office Procedures: Establish and maintain office routines, ensuring a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional patient care and support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
