Job Title: Director of Training

We are seeking a visionary leader to develop a flagship Young Life Club ministry and train a team of college-aged volunteer leaders to reach every kid in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for Young Life ministry in the North Shore area.
  • Recruit and train a team of college-aged volunteer leaders to go after every kid in the area.
  • Work with adults and fundraising to support the ministry.
  • Collaborate with Gordon College to leverage their leadership and staff pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with un-churched high school and middle school students.
  • Ability to recruit and train college-aged volunteer leaders.
  • Strong communication and fundraising skills.
