Director of Training

We are seeking a visionary leader to develop a flagship Young Life Club ministry and train a team of college-aged volunteer leaders to reach every kid in the area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for youth ministry in the North Shore region.
  • Recruit and train a team of college-aged volunteer leaders to lead Young Life Clubs in high school and middle school settings.
  • Collaborate with local churches and community organizations to expand Young Life ministry in the area.
  • Develop and manage a budget for youth ministry initiatives.
  • Build relationships with local schools and community leaders to promote Young Life ministry.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with un-churched high school and middle school students.
  • Experience in recruiting and training volunteer leaders.
  • Strong fundraising skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about reaching young people with the Gospel and developing the next generation of leaders.
