Lead Youth Ministry on the North Shore

We are seeking a visionary leader to develop a flagship Young Life Club ministry and train a team of college-aged volunteer leaders to reach every kid in the area.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a passion for working with un-churched high school and middle school students, and experience recruiting and training volunteer leaders.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Gordon College to leverage their leadership and staff pipeline, and develop a strong network of volunteers to support our ministry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive youth ministry strategy
  • Recruiting and training college-aged volunteer leaders
  • Working with adults to build a strong support network
  • Fundraising to support ministry initiatives
