Director of Training

We are seeking a visionary leader to develop a flagship Young Life Club ministry in the North Shore area. This strategic role involves training a team of college-aged volunteer leaders to reach every kid in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a gifting for working with un-churched high school and middle school students, recruiting and training volunteer leaders, and collaborating with adults and fundraising teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Reformed Theological Seminary and contribute to the growth of Young Life ministry in the North Shore area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for Young Life Club ministry in the North Shore area
  • Train and equip a team of college-aged volunteer leaders to reach every kid in the region
  • Collaborate with adults and fundraising teams to support the ministry
  • Recruit and engage high school and middle school students in the ministry

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and vision for youth ministry
  • Ability to work with un-churched high school and middle school students
  • Experience in recruiting and training volunteer leaders
