Director of Training

We are seeking a visionary leader to develop a flagship Young Life Club ministry and train a team of college-aged volunteer leaders to reach every kid in the area.

The ideal candidate will have a gifting for working with un-churched high school and middle school students, recruiting and training college-aged volunteer leaders, and working with adults and fundraising.

This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the North Shore and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for Young Life ministry in the area
  • Recruit and train college-aged volunteer leaders
  • Work with adults to build a strong team of supporters
  • Fundraise to support ministry efforts
  • Collaborate with other communities and organizations to reach every kid in the area

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong passion for youth ministry and a willingness to work collaboratively with a team.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people
  • Experience in youth ministry or a related field
  • Strong fundraising and event planning skills
