You will lead divisional projects to successful completion, ensure accurate inventory management, and address any discrepancies. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with SLGA and vendors, as well as recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching staff.

Customer Experience and Marketing:

You will work with customers, reports, and executives to demonstrate the Pioneer Co-op brand in all locations, providing exceptional customer experiences. This includes developing new business through marketing programs, merchandising, member analysis, individual contact, and strategic insight.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail management and supervisory experience
  • Experience with wine, spirits, and beer in a retail setting
  • Related education and/or a strong business background preferred
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Able to work a variety of shifts and be available for after-hour emergencies
