Restaurant Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2 For 1 Family Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and training to ensure that our team members are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
- Set staff work schedules and ensure that our team members are working efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers have a positive experience at our restaurant.
Support for Diverse Groups:
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans.
- Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
- Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
