About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Services Assistant at Parkland Saint John - Howe Hall. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meals
  • Provide social, spiritual, and intellectual activities for residents
  • Clean resident rooms and common areas
  • Administer medications as assigned under the direction of the Resident Services Coordinator/Manager
  • Communicate and report relevant information regarding resident care or safety to Supervisor

About You:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. You will have:

  • Valid post-secondary education in a related field
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening
  • Previous experience in Alzheimer's and Dementia Care is an asset
  • Valid CPR & First Aid Certification
