Job Title: Client Service Ambassador

At Paladin Security, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and creating a safe and welcoming environment for our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Ambassador to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Client Service Ambassador will play a critical role in providing proactive engagement with patients and visitors in our Emergency Department. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage hostile or aggressive behavior in a respectful and empathetic manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with patients and visitors in the Emergency Department to develop a positive safety culture and enhance the user experience.
  • Build relationships with regular patients and visitors and develop customized approach plans to safely and effectively manage individual patients and visitors who present a potential risk of violence.
  • Conduct and document an hourly census of the number of people in the waiting areas and report using tablets and technology.
  • Liaise with staff to ensure that support options and resources are available and appropriate for clients.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary stakeholder/team briefings/de-briefings and provide input into patient behavior management planning as required.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 or High School graduation equivalent.
  • Post Secondary education in Social based coursework or equivalent work experience.
  • ASIST Training is an asset.
  • First Aid CPR AED.
  • Mental Health and Wellness SJA an asset.
  • Experience working in a customer service-related industry.
