Job Title: Client Service Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer service inquiries and respond to client concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule field employees to client care assignments
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated competency in keyboarding and Windows scheduling software
