Client Service Liaison

At Paladin Security, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and creating a safe and welcoming environment for our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Ambassador to join our team.
Job Summary:The Client Service Ambassador will play a critical role in providing proactive engagement and support to patients and visitors in our Emergency Department. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, effective communication, and conflict resolution skills. The ideal candidate will be able to think quickly on their feet, remain calm under pressure, and provide empathetic support to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with patients, visitors, and staff to develop a positive safety culture and enhance the user experience.
- Build relationships with regular patients and visitors and develop customized approach plans to manage individual needs.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations stakeholders to provide effective support and interventions.
- Document and report client contacts, census data, and other relevant information using technology and tablets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Grade 12 or equivalent education.
- Post-secondary education in social sciences or equivalent work experience.
- ASIST training and First Aid/CPR/AED certification an asset.
- Experience working in a customer service-related industry.
- Competitive hourly rate of $23.
- 40-hour work weeks.
- Rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends).
