Salary and Benefits

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $150,000 CAD, depending on experience. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your work schedule and enjoy benefits such as a competitive compensation package.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to administer full contracting lifecycles safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company objectives. Your key responsibilities will include developing and recommending contract strategies to improve safety, maintain operation continuity, reduce costs, and ensure compliance.

  • Managing RFP processes, evaluating proposals, and handling contract execution and closure;
  • Administering contracts from sourcing suppliers to negotiation and implementation;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in pre-award and post-award projects managing procurement processes. You must also have experience in EPC, mining, oil & gas, maritime, construction, or owner-side industries.

  • Strong background in procurement, contracts, and commercial terms;
  • Proficiency in software such as SAP, Ariba, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Good understanding of multiple phases of project execution;
  • Contract Terms and Conditions negotiation experience is an asset but not required;
