Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reverse Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at MyGreat Recruitment Inc. in North Vancouver.
This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
As a Reverse Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for managing product returns, inspecting and refurbishing items, and coordinating logistics for timely delivery.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product returns, assess condition, sort items, and determine course of action.
- Inspect and refurbish products for resale or reuse.
- Forecast demand, ensure supply availability, and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Coordinate transportation and storage of goods for timely delivery.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- Experience working with inventory management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including identifying and troubleshooting issues.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to meticulously inspect returned items.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain a well-organized workspace and meet deadlines.
- A basic understanding of computer hardware basics.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
