About the Role:
  • Develop and execute seasonal raw materials sourcing strategies, working closely with stakeholders to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Drive strategic projects with raw materials and supply chain teams, leveraging expertise to optimize processes and deliver results.
  • Bolster team culture by fostering urgency, efficiency, and curiosity, while promoting a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Lead sustainability efforts, focusing on circularity and preferred material workstreams to minimize environmental impact.
  • Pursue key relationships with RM suppliers, aligning with long-term T2 sourcing strategy to secure competitive advantages.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in apparel industry sourcing, operations, planning, purchasing, or manufacturing.
  • Supply Chain Management degree or related field a plus; foreign language skills also an asset.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, facilitation, and project management expertise.
  • Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration, inspiring breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PLM systems; analytical approach to decision-making.
Compensation:

$91,000 - $114,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Our competitive bonus program and benefits package further enhance this attractive offer.
