What is the Opportunity?

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support, driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying ahead of the curve in customer success.

Requirements:

  • English/French bilingualism, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve customer success.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
