What is the Opportunity?

0000050007 Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and objectives through our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs, providing relevant product information, and troubleshooting any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams for investigation and follow up with customers to ensure resolution.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively promote their value to customers.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

Requirements:

  • English/French bilingualism.
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
