What is the Opportunity?
0000050007 Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and objectives through our products and services.
As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive and reactive customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Identify customer needs and preferences, and develop personalized solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- English/French bilingualism.
- Customer service experience in a startup environment and/or fast-paced growing organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to identify and tackle new opportunities.
- Interest in technology and building innovative online solutions.
