- Delegate work to office support staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
- A fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- A large workload that requires attention to detail.
- A team-oriented work environment that values efficiency and reliability.
