About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Feed Manager to join our Business Intelligence Services team at The International Air Transport Association. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end feed delivery to DDS clients, encompassing contract implementation, feed configuration, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review contracts and ensure compatibility of feed layout and delivery requirements with system capabilities.
  • Implement and configure feeds for standard and custom deliveries, as well as ongoing and ad-hoc deliveries.
  • Monitor feed deliveries and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve any failures in feed generation and delivery.
  • Handle user queries on feed delivery and re-delivery, address data quality issues, and work with business teams or vendors to resolve them.
  • Review data from various sources, identify root causes of discrepancies, and work with data providers to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with vendors to identify new enhancements on feed development and delivery methods, and resolve any issues in current implementation.
  • Coordinate with IATA partners on feed deliveries and user queries.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in solution design and architecture.
  • Solid technical expertise in Cloud Computing, AWS infrastructure, and Database Management.
  • Preferred knowledge in business intelligence and reporting (MS Power BI), integration, and systems architecture.
  • Proven experience working closely with business owners and subject matter experts to document, design, develop, and deliver high-quality data and analytics solutions.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues in a simple manner.
  • Fluent reading, writing, and speaking abilities in English.
  • Team player with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
