{"About the Role": "We are seeking a highly skilled Data Feed Manager to join our Business Intelligence Services team at The International Air Transport Association. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end feed delivery to DDS clients, encompassing contract implementation, feed configuration, and monitoring for ongoing and ad-hoc delivery. You will work closely with our vendors and internal teams to resolve any failures in feed generation and delivery to clients.

Responsibilities:

* Review contracts and ensure the compatibility of the feed layout and delivery requirements with the system capabilities.
* Implement and configure feeds for standard and custom deliveries, as well as ongoing and ad-hoc deliveries.
* Monitor feed deliveries and work with vendors and internal teams to resolve any issues.
* Handle user queries on feed delivery and re-delivery, address data quality issues, and work with the business team or vendors to resolve them.
* Work with vendors to identify new enhancements on feed development and delivery methods.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
* Solid technical expertise in Cloud Computing, AWS infrastructure, and Database Management.
* 5+ years' experience in solution design and architecture.
* Preferred knowledge in business intelligence and reporting (MS Power BI), integration, and systems architecture.
* Proven experience working closely with business owners and subject matter experts to document, design, develop, and deliver high-quality data and analytics solutions.
* Good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate complex issues in a simple manner.
* Fluent reading, writing, and speaking abilities in English.
* Team player with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
