Job DescriptionAccount Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team, focusing on nurturing relationships with existing accounts and warm leads. As an Account Manager, you will apply your expertise to uncover new opportunities, qualify leads, and contribute to our team's growth and proactive outreach efforts. You will work closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding their unique company challenges and goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Focusing on building strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Applying your knowledge and skills to uncover new business opportunities and develop strategies for success.
  • Actively managing the lead pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and effective communication.
  • Working collaboratively with senior Account Managers to secure and close new business deals.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Business, Sales, or Technology field, or relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience working in technology sales, preferably in software or high-tech industries.
  • 1-3 years of experience in identifying, qualifying, developing prospects, and leads.
  • Curiosity, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the sales lifecycle and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, including task management and record-keeping.
