About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating office services.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, parents, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
