Business Development Executive

At Michael Page International Canada Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Source top-tier candidates to meet the needs of real estate and construction clients for long-term placements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Create and implement strategic plans to expand our client base and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
