About the Role:

ComputerTalk is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, implementing solutions that meet customer requirements, and working as part of a team to support our complete product line.

About You:

We are looking for a dynamic team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. You should have a degree from a top Canadian University and 2 – 3 years of experience working in a technical support environment. You should also have a great attitude, exceptional phone manner, and superior technical analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Implement solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Work as part of a team to support our complete product line
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • 2 – 3 years of experience working in a technical support environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Superior technical analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills
