Franchise Sales and Development Opportunity

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our franchise sales and development efforts in Eastern Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying franchise opportunities, negotiating deal terms, and executing hotel franchise agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify franchise opportunities in Eastern Canada
  • Negotiate deal terms and execute hotel franchise agreements
  • Manage relationships with franchisees and other stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of major purchase/sale transactions, activities of debt and equity, and other hospitality-related trends

Requirements

  • Extensive sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Aptitude to evaluate pro-forma and feasibility studies for new construction projects
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; 3-5 years of experience in business/relationship development
