Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our franchise sales and development efforts in Eastern Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying franchise opportunities, negotiating deal terms, and executing hotel franchise agreements.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and qualifying deals
  • Networking and attending industry events
  • Negotiating terms and executing contracts
  • Managing relationships
  • Forecasting and reporting
  • Assisting the development team on special projects
  • Maintaining knowledge of major purchase/sale transactions, debt and equity, and hospitality trends

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a candidate with extensive sales experience, a proven track record of exceeding quotas, and excellent organizational skills. You should be able to build and maintain relationships, evaluate pro-forma and feasibility studies, and have a desire to travel. Fluency in French and English is a must, and experience in franchise sales organizations is preferred.

Requirements

We require a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience in business or relationship development, and a proven ability to exceed sales quotas. You must be willing to travel approximately 80% of the time, with a focus on lead generation and customer relationship management in Canada. Bilingualism in French and English is essential.
