About the Role

We are seeking an EMR Education and Onboarding Expert to join our Implementation team at OSCAR Pro. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding healthcare organizations through the onboarding process for our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver virtual client training programs to ensure seamless adoption of our EMR system.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate a smooth and successful onboarding experience.

  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure that training goals are met and proactively address any areas for improvement.

  • Create comprehensive documentation for internal and external audiences, including user guides and training materials.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in onboarding, client success, change management, or customer support roles in SaaS environments.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.

  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows, patient management, and regulatory compliance is an asset.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to create engaging training materials and presentations.
