Job Title: Executive Director of Logistics

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Logistics to join our team at Paul Transport. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our logistics department, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Financial Management: Manage the logistics budget, ensuring that all expenses are properly accounted for and that the department operates within its allocated resources.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure that logistics strategies and operations are aligned with the company's overall goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a logistics or supply chain management role, with a proven track record of success in a leadership position.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of logistics professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
