Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Director to lead our team and drive our business forward. The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources effectively: To implement organizational policies and programs, allocating material, human, and financial resources accordingly.
  • Establish departments and staff positions: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring optimal structure and function.
  • Coordinate regional operations: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, promoting seamless collaboration and achieving common goals.
  • Develop financial and administrative controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Set organizational objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving growth and success.
  • Represent the company: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select and develop staff: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
