Job Title: General Manager, Trucking Company

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our trucking company to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Allocate resources, establish departments, and coordinate work to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives, formulate policies, and represent the organization in official functions.
  • Team Management: Select and delegate authority to middle managers, directors, and other executive staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, large workload
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, interpersonal awareness, team player
