About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Operations to join our team at Paul Transport. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our transportation company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of senior staff to ensure effective execution of organizational policies and programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the success of the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word skills
  • Experience working in a transportation or logistics industry
  • Knowledge of business operations and management principles
