Responsibilities- Clinical Chairside Assisting: Assist dentists with clinical procedures, including knowledge of instrumentation and infection control protocols.
- Patient Relationships: Establish strong relationships with patients, maintaining ethical professional behavior and ensuring a positive experience.
- Treatment Room Preparation: Prepare treatment rooms according to infection control and practice protocols for each patient.
- Practice Health and Safety: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of practice health and safety requirements.
- Registration and Certification: Be registered and/or certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association.
- Experience: Previous dental assisting experience is preferred.
