About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Global Excel Management Inc. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective resolution to client inquiries and issues
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet client needs and expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Supervise and resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide regular updates and communication to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to client expectations
  • Escalate complex issues and client concerns to senior management as needed

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and technologies
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
