As an Internal Sales and Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by effectively engaging with clients and collaborating with the internal team.
- Assess client requirements for various products and services;
- Guide and conclude sales transactions with prospective clients;
- Draft quotations for equipment sales;
- Confirm and monitor contractual agreements made by clients;
- Facilitate dialogue with production managers;
- Deliver post-sale assistance to nurture client relationships;
- Develop service proposals based on submitted bids;
- Compile technical and administrative documentation for transformer-related proposals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma (DES);
- Proficient in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
