We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banking Associate to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of TD Bank's products and services, including personal banking, credit cards, and loans.
- Branch Operations: Assist with branch operations, including cash handling, transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong product knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
