As a Customer Experience Specialist, your primary responsibility is to ensure that the inquiries of our commercial clients are addressed promptly and in alignment with their expectations and requirements. You will serve as a crucial link between clients and the operational teams, or you will coordinate the essential services necessary for client satisfaction. Collaborating closely with account managers, various departments, and suppliers, you will gather and disseminate the information needed to effectively manage client inquiries. Your role will involve handling requests from our international commercial clientele.

What does a typical day entail?

  • Efficiently manage client inquiries and coordinate activities with operational teams, suppliers, or other resources as necessary;
  • Foster strong working relationships with operations and account management teams, sharing insights, knowledge, and opportunities for improvement;
  • Oversee activities and claims resolution while delivering the expected level of customer experience;
  • Provide timely and relevant updates both internally and externally;
  • Ensure the quality of service related to specific role activities;
  • Escalate complex cases, process issues, client complaints, or service enhancement suggestions to the appropriate personnel;
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

What qualifications and skills are we seeking?

  • Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 5 pm;
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience;
  • A minimum of two years in customer service roles;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages such as French, Spanish, or German is advantageous;
  • Familiarity with healthcare services and medical billing processes;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to various tools and technologies;
  • Understanding of customer service excellence principles;
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities;
  • Resourcefulness and the capacity to make critical decisions;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication abilities (both verbal and written).
