Under the guidance of the lead agent, the customer support specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional, tailored customer assistance to uphold the clinic's professional standards and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, provide detailed information about services, and arrange appointments
  • Welcome clients, process transactions, and schedule appointments according to treatment protocols
  • Organize and maintain client records
  • Complete daily administrative tasks
  • Reconcile weekly financial transactions
  • Send authorization requests, reports, and necessary documents to healthcare providers
  • Perform additional customer service-related duties as required

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Experience or training in customer service is advantageous
  • Secretarial certification is a plus
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Team-oriented
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is a bonus
