Job Title: Administrative Support Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Canada Mining Machinery Sales Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Analyze and work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases to provide valuable insights.
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents to maintain accurate records.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, ensuring prompt delivery and response.
  • Send and receive messages via various communication channels while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and bank deposits, to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and format page presentation for reports, proposals, and other business materials.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and objectives.
  • Prepare invoices and bank deposits to ensure timely payment and record-keeping.
  • Provide general information to clients and the public, responding to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Enter data into various systems and software to maintain accurate records and facilitate reporting.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
  • File material in storage areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the team.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $44,000 - $46,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and annual salary. The hourly rate is approximately $22.00-$23.00 per hour.

Language Requirement:

French language skills are not required for this position.
