BSC Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to support our team in our day-to-day operations. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, including tasks such as:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate office operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external partners, including clients and vendors.
  • Project Support: Provide support on special projects, including data entry, research, and report preparation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: QuickBooks, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Google Drive.
