We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TULIP E-COMMERCE AND LOGISTICS. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our users.

Job Summary

This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week with a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing guidance and training to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Initiative and willingness to learn new technologies.
