Job Summary:
i Drive Career (i DC) HR Consulting Canada Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing client payment, registration, and onboarding processes, as well as updating client databases. You will also schedule meetings with clients, mentors, and coaches, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and follow up with stakeholders to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform client payment, registration, and onboarding processes
2. Schedule meetings with clients, mentors, and coaches
3. Coordinate with Accounting and internal/external parties to deal with on-going HR operational transactions
4. Perform weekly job posting search and analyze job postings to match candidates' qualifications
5. Support editing resumes and other coaching documents, and produce HR analytics reports
6. Handle routine and follow-up inquiries from clients about our coaching processes and services
7. Edit/update e-learning contents for e-learning platforms and provide administrative support to organize various online/offline training seminars and workshops
8. Assist with creation of training materials, including Power Point slides, memos, fact sheets, and posters
9. Assist with logistics of social media platforms to enhance employment branding

Qualification Requirements:
1. College diploma or university degree major in Human Resources Management, Business, or Education
2. Minimum two years of Operations or Human Resources related experience
3. Excellent customer services, time management, communication, and execution skills
4. Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented with strong service mind-set, work ethics, and can-do attitude
5. Flexibility for various working shifts is a must. Intermedia level of Excel (Pivot Table), Power Point & Word; fluency in Mandarin is a must.
