Requirements Engineer for Defense and Security Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Requirements Engineer to join our team in the development of cutting-edge defense and security solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and reviewing project requirements, ensuring that they are clear, complete, verifiable, and achievable.
You will work closely with technical experts, proposal teams, and project management teams to ensure that all requirements are well understood and integrated into project planning, monitoring, and controlling activities.
- Define and review project requirements for defense and security solutions.
- Collaborate with technical experts and management teams to ensure requirement clarity and completeness.
- Work with training solutions experts to validate that technical requirements deliver value-added training and meet customer objectives.
- Participate in proposal and project planning to identify and mitigate risks related to requirements-driven issues.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Sciences.
- Minimum 5 years experience in aerospace or simulation and training systems design and development.
- Strong knowledge of systems analysis and design aspects, particularly requirements engineering methods and tools.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Good analytical, planning, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Experience as a Project Expert (PE) or Verification & Validation (V&V) specialist is an asset.
- Knowledge of user case analysis and computerized requirements management tools like Telelogic DOORS or DOORS NG is also an asset.
- Programming experience in languages like C, C++, Java, VBA, DXL is beneficial.
- A competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 per annum.
