Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Group Leader to lead our team's efforts in securing our Integrated Platform Management System (IPMS) product development. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for safeguarding the cybersecurity of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and automate security at every level of the software and hardware development lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities- Lead a team of developers in designing and developing complex applications based on business requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to oversee technical solutions for full-stack, middleware platforms, and technologies.
- Provide an effective and professional technical interface with the customer, ensuring clear communications at the working level.
- Ensure all requirements are understood by the team, write and review requirement specifications, and coordinate reviews.
- Direct software development projects, implementing efficient code to satisfy customer requirements.
- Participate in developing and reviewing software processes and policies.
- Monitor work progress and update stakeholders on project status.
- At least 15 years of combined experience in team leadership, software, and cybersecurity, acquired specifically in the context of product development.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate the current security posture of the product, modify architectural components, and execute tactical changes to close down the product attack surface.
- Good communication skills to present cybersecurity concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Advanced knowledge of security concepts in C++, C#, and Python.
- Knowledge of static and dynamic code analysis, secure software development, network infrastructure design, and architecture.
